Diana Updates Dobbyn Creek Slide

Dobbyn’s Creek slide update: The slide continues to move slowly. Even with the rain showers the water level is still receding slowly. The channel the creek has created through the debris dam is slowly eroding a spillway. There are still millions of gallons of water behind the dam, which is a jumble of logs and mud, and the danger still exists that the spillway could plug suddenly and ???????
My heart goes out to the family living nearby, as the rumble of the large rocks moving under the water, makes for a very sleepless and nerve shattering night.
