CALFIRE Defensible Space Fire Safety Inspectors plan to continue on Shelter Cove Road east to Briceland. Inspector will also start working in the Blue Slide Road area.
The aim of the inspections is to identify potential fire hazards and educate landowners on defensible space and strategies for making their residences and buildings more fire safe.
The inspectors will be in uniform and driving a marked CAL FIRE pickup. Anyone wishing to have an inspection of their property, please contact the Garberville CAL FIRE Station at 707 923-2645.
