CALFIRE Defensible Space Fire Safety Inspectors plan to continue Safety Inspections in the Salmon Creek area. The Inspectors will start their day on Thomas Road.
The aim of the inspections is to identify potential fire hazards and educate landowners on defensible space and strategies for making their residences and buildings more fire safe. The inspectors will be in uniform and driving a marked CAL FIRE pickup. Anyone wishing to have an inspection of their property, please contact the Garberville CAL FIRE Station at 707 923-2645 (From Marty Hobson – Battalion Chief, Garberville) – Estelle
