Reports of 40 Acre Fire North of Shelter Cove

SoHum Awareness:
There are reports of a fire started at Spanish Flat near Big Flat, north of Shelter Cove. Information from Cove people is that they can see fire on the mountain. One source speculated it could blow inland if vegetation is ripe. The estimated size of the fire is possibly 40 acres at this time.

SoHum Awareness: KMUD reported that the incident is 50-100 acres and the area is supposed to be windy today with gusts up to 28 miles per hour.
