ROUTE 128 RE-OPENED near the Mendocino/Sonoma county line
Route 128 has been reopened in Mendocino County near the Sonoma
County line. One-way traffic control will be in effect 24 hours per day, 7
days per week. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays.
